Minimum Requirements
10 to 13 years of IT application development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master’s in Computer Science or relevant field.
Expert proficiency in Java and TypeScript with strong coding, debugging, and production support experience.
Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Fargate, Docker, CloudWatch) and strong skills in Solution Design & Architecture including HLD/LLD, SOLID principles, and architecture trade-offs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading large-scale software development and architecture efforts within distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
Demonstrates strong technical leadership through ownership, mentoring, and driving engineering best practices in cloud-native and DevOps environments.
Skilled at simplifying complex projects and influencing cross-team and business-level decisions with a clear understanding of strategic initiative alignment.
