Own delivery of Salesforce business analysis workstreams, ensuring engagement/project objectives and Deloitte quality standards are met.

Build and maintain client and team relationships to exceed client expectations and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Manage workstream risks and issues proactively, applying knowledge of emerging technologies and global trends to client needs.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including all aspects of analysis such as business process modeling, use cases/user stories, and data modeling.

At least 3-4 end-to-end Salesforce implementation experiences in India or globally.

Graduate degree in Science or Engineering from premier institutes.

Location: Pune, India with willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations.

Experienced in management or consulting environments, preferably with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.

Skilled in tools like Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, and familiar with agile methodologies.

Capable of managing full project life cycle from initiation to delivery, including identifying and documenting client technical needs and workflows.
