Minimum Requirements
7–12 years of work experience as a Business Analyst.
Hands-on experience with airline systems such as Reservations & Ticketing, PSS, DCS, Revenue Management, Inventory, Loyalty, or Ancillaries.
Strong functional analysis and documentation skills with proven experience in airline or aviation IT environments.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep understanding of airline operations, customer journeys, and revenue streams enabling effective requirement translation.
Experienced in working across multiple stakeholders including business and technology teams in Agile settings.
Able to manage complex change initiatives in airline software systems and perform thorough impact analysis.
