Configure and validate T24 modules covering corporate & wholesale banking, accounting & reporting, retail lending, and regulatory compliance to ensure stable operations and regulatory adherence.
Perform functional analysis, testing support, documentation, and continuous improvement to sustain and enhance T24 core banking solutions in a hybrid delivery environment.
Minimum Requirements
10 to 13 years of progressive experience as a functional specialist or business analyst in retail banking.
Hands-on expertise in T24 core banking modules including customer accounts, corporate & wholesale banking, accounting, retail lending (T24 AA), and regulatory compliance.
Experience with multi-country transformation programs and hybrid work models involving coordination across distributed teams.
Job location: INTNCHNA10(ITIND MEPZ (TBM) SDB 1 -4 SEZ) with no travel required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep domain expertise in retail banking products, processes, and customer journeys to ensure T24 aligns with branch, digital, and back office needs.
Operating experience with complex product configurations, pricing, risk controls, and regulatory frameworks within T24 modules.
Demonstrated ability to manage change control, defect tracking, requirement traceability, and stakeholder communication in large banking transformation projects.
