Own Oracle EBS Payroll functional activities including Fast Formulas development and payroll data reconciliation.
Lead or contribute to at least 2 full Payroll Implementations in HCM Global Payroll modules covering geographies like India, UK, USA, or Middle East.
Manage integration and configuration of payroll with other modules like Benefits, Time & Labor, and utilize standard connectors for payroll providers (e.g., ADP, CDP).
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Payroll functional area with certification.
Experience in at least 2 Payroll implementations involving HCM Global Payroll Module (India/UK/USA/Middle East).
Good knowledge of Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas, payroll reconciliation, and payroll data load tools (Batch loader/SHDL).
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field; Location: Mumbai.

Strong expertise in Oracle EBS Payroll functional design and implementation, especially in Fast Formulas and payroll reconciliation.
Experience working on large-scale Payroll transformation projects across multiple geographies.
Ability to handle payroll module integrations with Time & Labor, Benefits, and third-party payroll providers effectively.
