Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment function including setting and monitoring recruitment targets for caregivers, staff nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies including bulk recruitment campaigns via digital platforms and coordinate with branch managers for manpower fulfillment.
Monitor recruiter performance, recruitment funnel from lead generation to deployment, and prepare recruitment MIS reports to improve recruitment ROI and reduce dropouts.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree mandatory.
5–8 years of recruitment experience required.
Experience in bulk/volume recruitment highly preferred; healthcare/homecare/staffing recruitment experience is an advantage.
Previous recruitment team management experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in bulk recruitment specifically for caregivers, nursing, and healthcare staffing to meet volume and role-specific hiring needs.
Proficient in managing multiple sourcing channels including job portals, digital recruitment platforms (Indeed, Meta, Google, WhatsApp).
Able to lead recruitment teams, monitor KPIs, analyze data to improve recruitment efficiency and meet strict recruitment targets within deadlines.
