Operations Staff - BOB

Support day-to-day shipment processing and operational activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging, loading/unloading to ensure timely and accurate shipment flow.

Perform data entry and maintain operational documentation with shipment details, reconciliation, and manifest verification as per SOPs.

Assist Shift In-charges to meet daily operational targets while adhering to safety, security, and quality standards across varied logistics locations.

Minimum 10th Standard pass; higher education considered advantage.

Fresher or up to 2 years' experience in logistics, warehousing, courier, manufacturing, retail operations, or similar.

Physically fit for operational tasks including standing, walking, lifting shipments, and working in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.

Basic English reading skills and computer/handheld scanner usage proficiency required.

Candidate with operational experience or aptitude for logistics processing roles in fast-paced environments.

Ability to adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures and safety compliance in shipment handling.

Capable of supporting peak operations, collaboration across teams, and maintaining punctuality and professional grooming standards.
