Global Associate Product Operations Manager

Support delivery and operationalization of new and existing global Medscape products, translating business requirements into actionable tasks.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Client Services, Delivery) to ensure project alignment, operational consistency, and timely execution.

Drive efficiency and risk management while managing project status, stakeholder communications, and resolving execution bottlenecks.

Minimum 3 years experience in product operations, project management, or operational execution in digital media, medical communications, or technology.

Experience operationalizing products, defining workflows, and managing custom executions across teams.

Proficient with AI tools, Google Workspace, and project/workflow management platforms like Workfront.

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Operations, Communications, Health/Life Sciences, or related field.

Experienced in fast-paced, cross-functional environments involving product operationalization and custom solution delivery.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing competing priorities and driving projects independently with strong stakeholder engagement.

Comfortable working asynchronously across global time zones with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
