Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience building scalable, user-facing software applications.
At least 4 years of deep experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
Ability to work in EST time zones and in a fully remote, async-first environment (private quiet workspace, reliable 30Mbps+ internet).
Automated testing skills with Jest, React Testing Library, or end-to-end testing frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading architectural thinking and managing complexity in large React/TypeScript codebases with strong SOLID design pattern knowledge.
Comfortable operating autonomously with minimal supervision in an asynchronous, remote setting, making independent decisions and collaborating mainly via written communication.
Able to mentor and raise engineering standards through disciplined practices, code reviews, and shaping technical direction including use of AI tools for efficiency.
