About This Role
- Design and engineer customer-centric, high-performance, secure software solutions with end-to-end automation and scalability.
- Define architecture models and roadmaps for applications to meet business and technical needs across products and domains.
- Collaborate within platform or feature teams to deliver complex software and act as a design authority for solution considerations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of extensive software engineering experience including distributed systems and real-time, low-latency platforms.
- Deep hands-on experience with microservices, event-driven patterns, cloud platforms (AWS), Kubernetes, and modern API frameworks.
- Proven track record in large-scale platform engineering or architectural leadership roles.
- Must be located in India and perform all normal working days from India; work type full time permanent.

- Experienced leader capable of influencing senior stakeholders and guiding without formal authority.
- Strong expertise in performance engineering, resilience, observability, and operational excellence in complex engineering environments.
- Skilled in delivering innovative and reusable software architectures in highly scalable financial services contexts.
