Operate as a subject matter expert within a 24/7 rotational Security Operations team, handling escalated security incident detection, response, and monitoring across enterprise IT infrastructure.
Administer and maintain lifecycle management (patching, break-fix, updates) of security tools and technologies including SIEM, Endpoint Detection and Response, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Proxies, and related infrastructures.
Drive incident diagnosis, escalation, resolution, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets SLAs and security posture is maintained.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
Seasoned experience in Security technologies including Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy, EDR, NDR, SOAR, and managing related security controls.
Experience in SOC/CSIRT operations with end-to-end security incident handling and technical support.
Workplace requirement: On-site working; Work Experience Required: Seasoned experience explicitly mentioned for multiple security domains and technical support.

Experienced security professional with deep practical knowledge in security architecture and engineering across multiple security technologies and environments (Windows, Linux, networks).
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in 24/7 rotational shift environments supporting large enterprise clients with incident detection and response.
Strong operational focus on maintaining security tool performance, automation of incident responses, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
