Lead System Engineer - ACI COE

Lead design, deployment, and troubleshooting of Datacenter Networks with expertise in Cisco ACI, including VRF, MPLS, VXLAN, and routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.

Own technical support including incident, problem, and critical change management, acting as single technical escalation point and leading outage calls with senior stakeholders.

Develop and implement automated network deployment templates, review and recommend network standards, and drive process improvements to reduce alarms and escalations.

10-15 years of relevant experience in Datacenter Network with Cisco ACI expertise.

Proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and switching technologies (VLAN, Trunking, Dot1x, STP).

Experience with service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN network planning and operations.

Scripting knowledge in Python or Ansible for automation.

Experienced leader comfortable managing technical escalations and liaising with senior stakeholders across teams.

Strong expertise in Cisco ACI architecture, deployment automation, and troubleshooting in complex heterogeneous network environments.

Ability to drive process automation, documentation, and improvement initiatives targeting operational efficiency.
