Experience leading complex products with ambiguous problems to measurable impact.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Claude Code, or similar mediums.

Experience working with and contributing to mature design systems.

Systems thinker able to balance detailed design with holistic product understanding.

Experienced in mentoring designers through influence without direct authority.

Comfortable designing for data-dense, high-stakes clinical and operational workflows, ideally in regulated domains like healthcare.
