Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum 8 years of professional and recruiting experience including client-facing roles.
Experience managing workforce and understanding labor categories, plus prior recruiting experience.
Ability and willingness to travel; experience with Statement of Work (SOW) procurement agreements is highly desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader familiar with managing procurement and workforce management programs involving multiple client sites and categories such as IT and Consulting.
Strong capability in vendor management system (VMS) operations and compliance oversight.
Proven track record in managing teams, driving performance metrics, and providing end-user consultancy within a recruitment and procurement environment.
