Own end-to-end delivery of AI and automation solutions for Compliance and Risk functions, including design, prototyping, testing, and implementation.

Collaborate closely with business, technology, and control partners to ensure solution alignment with regulatory and governance standards and drive adoption and evaluation of solution performance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience delivering business, technology, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
Proven skills in business analysis, solution design, and independent prototype development in AI-related projects.
Experience with Large Language Models, Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced at interfacing between regulatory/compliance domains and AI technology delivery environments in large regulated organizations.
Strong expertise in designing and delivering AI copilots, knowledge assistants, or decision-support tools within compliance or risk management contexts.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and integrate solutions following enterprise standards and agile/product operating models.
