Minimum Requirements
3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python and Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI integrations, AI agent frameworks (e.g., Langchain, LangGraph).
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has practical experience designing and operationalizing Gen AI solutions and AI agents in enterprise environments.
Experienced in building data pipelines and integrating AI with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
Skilled at critically evaluating AI-assisted code outputs and guiding teams on responsible AI use in secure, resilient engineering workflows.
