Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 12 years total experience with at least 5 years in product management or relevant domain in commercial lending or financial services back office.
Experience with product lifecycle management, technical story writing (e.g., Jira/Confluence), and knowledge of lending systems like Loan IQ or ACBS.
Knowledge of AI, automation technologies, and commercial lending lifecycle processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading AI-driven product transformations in financial services, particularly within lending or credit operations.
Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments involving business, operations, technology, and controls teams.
