Senior Associate - Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Translate regulatory and operational needs into technology-enabled AI and automation solutions within Compliance and Risk functions.

Independently deliver use cases through business analysis, solution design, rapid prototyping, and implementation in collaboration with business and technology teams.

Define success metrics, support user adoption activities, and ensure solutions comply with regulatory, governance, privacy, and risk requirements.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience delivering business, technology, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.

Strong skills in business analysis, data analysis, process improvement, and solution design.

Experience with Large Language Models, Generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.

Experienced working directly with Compliance, Risk, Financial Crime, or related regulated domains to deliver AI and automation solutions.

Capable of managing end-to-end delivery including stakeholder engagement, design, prototyping, and implementation in large regulated organizations.

Proficient in leveraging modern AI technologies such as AI copilots, knowledge assistants, and workflow automation to address real business problems.
