3+ years of industry experience designing for web, mobile, and desktop platforms.

Proficient with design tools including Figma, Paper, Claude Code, or similar mediums.

Experience owning complex product designs and contributing to mature design systems.

Work Experience Required: 3+ years in relevant design roles.

Experienced in designing complex B2B or enterprise software products, preferably with AI-assisted or agentic workflows.

Systems thinker capable of balancing detailed design work with broader product context and strategy.

Skilled in independent research and mentoring other designers through influence rather than authority.
