Senior Associate - Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Translate regulatory and operational needs into practical, technology-enabled AI solutions for Compliance and Risk functions.

Independently design, prototype, test, and deliver AI-based tools such as copilots, agents, workflow automation, and decision-support systems.

Collaborate with business, technology, and data partners to integrate solutions, define success metrics, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience delivering business, technology, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.

Demonstrated skills in business analysis, process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder management.

Experience with Large Language Models, Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.

Experienced in Compliance, Risk Management, Financial Crime, or related regulatory domains to understand and address complex operational needs.

Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end delivery of AI and automation solutions in large, regulated organizations.

Strong technical and business communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and support organizational change adoption.
