Design, build, deploy, and continuously improve production-grade enterprise-scale ML, Generative AI, and agentic AI solutions covering end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to deployment and monitoring.
Engineer governed, observable, and auditable agentic AI systems including tool calling, retrieval, sandboxed execution, policy controls, telemetry, and automated evaluations ensuring responsible AI and regulatory compliance.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AI solutions meeting business goals, quality standards, and measurable outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
8-12 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and software engineering, including enterprise AI/ML development, validation, deployment, and improvement.
Master's degree with specialization in Technology.
Work location: Chennai, India, Office based.
Proven experience with ML, NLP, computer vision solution engineering, agentic AI system development, and responsible AI governance.

Demonstrated expertise in delivering scalable, production-grade AI/ML solutions with strong understanding of agentic AI harness engineering and AI-assisted software development lifecycle.
Experienced in building governed, observable, auditable AI systems in compliance with security, regulatory, and responsible AI requirements in enterprise environments.
Technical leader capable of mentoring peers, providing technical guidance, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a complex, regulated setting.
