Manage M&A technology integration including merger, acquisition, divestiture, carve-out, TSA governance, Day-1 readiness, risk management, and controlled handover.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of IT industry experience with at least 10+ years in transition, transformation, or complex program management roles.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Business Management is mandatory (MBA preferred).
ITIL certification required; PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent program management certifications preferred.
Experience leading global cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, network, workplace, data center, and managed services transitions including M&A-driven technology transitions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior leader with proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-million-dollar transition programs with multiple global stakeholders and vendors.
Experienced in M&A technology integration and outsourcing or managed services digital transformation engagements.
Strong strategic oversight skills with demonstrated expertise in transition governance, risk, financial control, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment spanning technology, security, commercial, and delivery teams.
