Minimum Requirements
8+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology, data, analytics, or healthcare domains.
PMP certification is mandatory.
Must be able to work full-day overlap 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Arizona time (MST/Arizona local time) from India (offshore/remote).
Experience managing distributed and offshore teams in Data, Automation & AI environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex projects in healthcare technology or data analytics environments with proven project governance skills.
Strong communicator able to translate technical details for executive and business stakeholders and effectively manage distributed teams.
Highly disciplined in project delivery with ability to handle ambiguity, drive accountability, and coordinate multiple dependencies and priorities.
