About This Role
- Manage financial record keeping, reporting, tax filing, and accounting functions for the organization.
- Produce timely, accurate financial reports internally and externally complying with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404.
- Oversee accounting staff activities, ensure accounting policies are followed, and coordinate with auditors and financial professionals.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Professional certification preferred: CA/CMA institute, US CPA, or CMA.
- 6-8 years relevant experience in captive accounting service centers or large corporates in manufacturing & service businesses.
- Willingness and flexibility to work multiple shifts (APAC, EAME, US) and 5-day office schedule.

- Experienced in managing financial reporting and compliance within large multinational or captive service center environments.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and shift patterns supporting global financial services.
