Senior Program Manager - Finance Analytics

Lead complex financial analysis and forecasting to influence long-term strategic decisions across multiple finance functions and geographies.

Drive process improvements and policy development initiatives impacting finance operations globally.

Provide mentoring and guidance to financial analysts and represent business units in cross-functional planning.

First level university degree in business or economics; advanced degree (MBA) or accounting certification (CPA) strongly preferred.

Typically requires 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst across various finance functions.

Role is onsite with expectation to work primarily from an HPE office.

Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, advanced business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

Demonstrates unique mastery of finance domain, able to operate independently and lead large cross-division finance projects.

Experienced in influencing strategic financial decisions and driving global process improvements.

Strong leadership in mentoring analysts and managing complex multi-area financial initiatives.
