Lead administration, performance tuning, and architecture of SQL Server and MongoDB databases to ensure 99.99% uptime for corporate applications.
Manage database environments from development through production, including maintenance, monitoring, backups, recovery, and high availability setups (Replication, Always-On).
Collaborate with Infrastructure IT and Application teams, provide real-time problem resolution, and drive adoption of new database technologies and tools.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of hands-on core MSSQL experience with knowledge of SSAS, SSIS, SSRS.
1+ year of core MongoDB experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent in a related Computer Science field.
Location: Pune; Work Experience Required: 6-8 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in independently managing and optimizing enterprise-level SQL Server and MongoDB databases with strong troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with AWS cloud native architecture, security, storage, monitoring, and governance is a plus.
Capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment, providing mentorship, and working collaboratively across teams to ensure high database performance and stability.
