Build, administer, and optimize enterprise Red Hat OpenShift container platforms including cluster lifecycle management, performance monitoring, and incident resolution.
Automate infrastructure operations and implement security controls and compliance for OpenShift clusters alongside DevOps, Cloud, Security, and Application Development teams.
Provide 24x7 operational support, monitor platform availability and perform root cause analysis while maintaining operational documentation and supporting multi-cluster environments.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of systems engineering or infrastructure administration experience.
3+ years of hands-on OpenShift and Kubernetes administration experience in production enterprise environments.
Strong Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) system administration skills.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in relevant infrastructure or systems engineering roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise container platform management with proficiency in automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and scripting (Bash, Python).
Strong collaboration experience with DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Security, and Application Development teams across geographies including India and US.
Familiar with implementing security policies, monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana), and multi-cluster OpenShift environments plus site reliability engineering concepts.
