Develop and deploy scalable, production-level AI models and solutions aligned to strategic business objectives, focusing on financial markets and document intelligence.
Lead hands-on technical development, model tuning, and evaluation including integration of Gen AI technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini) and document understanding frameworks (OCR, NLP, LLMs).
Collaborate with business and engineering teams to define project roadmaps, establish coding standards, and evaluate third-party AI solutions for scalability and business fit.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience applying data science methods and deploying AI models to production.
Proficiency in Python, especially with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and cloud deployment experience on Azure and/or AWS.
Experience building production-grade document intelligence solutions using OCR, Intelligent Document Processing, NLP, and Generative AI.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior individual contributor with demonstrated ability to lead AI projects from prototype to production in financial domain.
Strong expertise in deploying and operationalizing document intelligence and generative AI solutions at scale across cloud environments.
Expert in establishing coding and evaluation standards with a strategic focus on model performance, business alignment, and scalable deployment.
