Own Intercompany accounting activities and transactional settlements to ensure accurate and timely financial close for Cisco’s India legal entities.
Manage balance sheet reconciliations, statutory and tax audit support, and compliance aligned with US GAAP and IGAAP standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and other teams to resolve accounting/process issues and support system/process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
CA, CS, or CWA qualification mandatory.
5–6 years of experience in Intercompany Accounting and Controllership.
Strong expertise in US GAAP and IGAAP accounting, Intercompany transactions, settlements, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Experience supporting statutory and tax audits within large multinational organizations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Intercompany controllership and financial close across multiple legal entities in a large US multinational or similar global matrix organization.
Comfortable managing complex reconciliations, audit activities, and compliance processes adhering to US GAAP and IGAAP.
Skilled in partnering cross-functionally and driving process and system improvements within finance functions.
