Global Digital Finance and FP&A Business Partner

Deliver regular and ad hoc FP&A reports on commercial, cost, and cash performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

Build forecasts, scenarios, financial models, and KPI reports to support senior leadership decision-making.

Enhance master data and reporting structures for consistent financial information; leverage generative AI tools like Copilot and predictive analytics to improve reporting and forecasting.

Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or equivalent.

5 to 11 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business performance management in a multinational environment.

Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; experience with SAP or Anaplan is advantageous.

Practical experience using generative AI tools (Copilot) in finance; machine learning or Python experience is a plus.

Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and translating analysis into actionable recommendations for cost efficiency, pricing, EBITDA, and cash flow.

Skilled at communicating complex financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders across cultures and functions in a multinational context.

Experienced in using advanced analytics and AI tools to drive enhanced financial planning and reporting accuracy.
