Minimum Requirements

Experience or understanding of application management and maintenance.
ITIL certification or similar framework certification required.
Knowledge of IT service management concepts including incident and change management and performance monitoring.

Experienced in managing critical finance applications with a focus on application performance and support activities.
Skilled in stakeholder and vendor management with ability to lead operational reviews and act as escalation point.
Able to drive continuous improvement and coordinate across multiple teams and external partners in a structured environment.
