Lead financial accounting and management reporting for Milestone's India and US entities ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information.
Own full accounting operations including General Ledger, payroll, statutory compliance, tax payments, and audits while supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
Implement and strengthen internal financial controls, audit readiness, and process improvements to support business decision-making and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in accounting operations, US GAAP and Indian GAAP compliance, payroll management, statutory payments, taxation, reconciliations, and audits.
MBA (Finance) or equivalent Master's degree in Finance.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years of audit firm experience preferred; experience with multinational organizations and both India and US operations preferred.
