Lead and manage complex programs and projects to enhance the Investment Accounting system (VPM) including requirement gathering, development, integration, testing, and implementation.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on internal Investment Accounting systems, collaborating with Middle Office, Asset Servicing Operations, and Technology teams for solution deployment and support.
Ensure delivery of strategic enhancements by managing stakeholders, resolving blockers, meeting SLAs, and optimizing system efficiencies.
Minimum Requirements
8 to 12 years of full SDLC experience in finance domain including analysis, development, automated testing, and deployment.
Strong knowledge of Investment Accounting, batch jobs, and databases; familiarity with VPM and Geneva systems is a plus.
Proven experience with development methodologies, design principles, and AI tools for development.
Work Experience Required: 8 to 12 years in relevant finance technology roles.
