Lead and execute end-to-end pharmacovigilance data migration projects, including data assessment, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation of safety data between legacy and target systems.
Convert PostgreSQL database schemas, tables, functions, and stored procedures to Oracle Database/Oracle Autonomous Database ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
Develop and maintain migration documentation, automation scripts using SQL/PLSQL, and support Oracle Argus Safety upgrades, testing, and integration efforts while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of relevant experience in safety IT systems and data migration projects.
Strong expertise in PostgreSQL database administration and hands-on experience migrating PostgreSQL databases to Oracle Database and Oracle Autonomous Database (ADB).
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming and using migration tools like Oracle SQL Developer Migration Workbench.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related stream.

Experienced consultant with deep technical skills in both PostgreSQL and Oracle database systems and automation of complex data migration workflows.
Background in pharmacovigilance domain systems, specifically Oracle Argus Safety, including regulatory data migration compliance requirements.
Capable of leading migration projects, mentoring junior staff, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing documentation and validation activities.
