Software Engineer (3-5 years)

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web-based distributed systems with architectural abstractions and clear separation of concerns.

Lead functional modeling, system design, and performance optimization of large-scale distributed systems.

Collaborate with Product Managers to deliver medium-sized projects predictably, mentor junior engineers, and align stakeholders on project impacts.

3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience with problem-solving at scale.

B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language such as Java, C, or C++.

Strong experience in concurrent programming, Object-Oriented Design, scalable system design, relational and NoSQL databases, and Test-Driven Development on Linux.

Experienced in designing and optimizing large-scale, distributed, multi-threaded applications with clean module-level interfaces.

Capable of independently leading medium-sized projects from technical design through delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Able to mentor junior engineers and maintain strong stakeholder communication for continuous improvement of delivered features.
