Own end-to-end product management of a complex Core Intelligence product that transforms operational and physical data into actionable store intelligence.
Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap while defining and driving measurable product outcomes and health metrics.
Lead cross-functional discovery, experimentation, and delivery with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Store Operations to build scalable, reliable, and intelligent store decision-making capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
4-year college degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 5 years of Product Management or relevant product experience.
Experience owning complex, technical, or data-intensive products mandatory.
Familiarity with AI/ML, data products, recommendation systems, or intelligent platforms preferred but not compulsory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and delivering highly technical, data-driven products with end-to-end ownership.
Comfortable working closely with Engineering and Data Science teams, particularly in AI/ML or advanced data analytics contexts.
Able to translate complex technical details into clear, actionable business and customer outcomes with strong decision-making under ambiguity.
