Strong written and spoken English, comfortable working across multiple countries and time zones.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in recruiting/sourcing technical candidates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in recruiting for software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, or related technical roles across multiple regions.
Operates independently with minimal oversight, capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality.
Ability to quickly learn and understand technical concepts and adapt sourcing strategies based on feedback.
