Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of experience in HR with strong business partnering background.
Hands-on experience in core HR domains.
MBA in HR or equivalent preferred.
Location requirement: Hyderabad (DTI Waverock SEZ).

Proven experience advising frontline managers and driving people agendas in business contexts.
Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into business solutions.
Experience working closely with business functions and HR Centers of Excellence to implement strategic HR initiatives.
