Associate Workday HRIS – Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation & Benefits Configurations

Own configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules including compensation plans, review cycles, eligibility, budgets, and benefit programs.

Translate complex Compensation and Benefits business requirements into scalable Workday system solutions and support annual/off-cycle compensation and benefits processes.

Lead testing, data validation, issue resolution, and provide training and mentorship within HR and related teams on Workday functionalities, working onsite with global stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or minimum 5 years relevant professional experience.

At least 5 years hands-on Workday experience focusing on Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and/or Benefits with strong understanding of Workday HCM Core.

Strong technical knowledge of Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration including compensation plans, eligibility rules, award calculations, and benefits enrollment processes.
