Lead workforce data analysis and deliver insights impacting talent strategies, workforce planning, and HR program effectiveness.
Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards, reports, and predictive models using Power BI, Workday, and other tools to support decision-making across HR and business units.
Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations and support strategic workforce initiatives including forecasting and scenario planning.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Management, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce analytics, people analytics, workforce planning, or related roles within global or matrixed organizations.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX) and Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, automation).
Experience with Workday reporting and workforce data management strongly preferred; familiarity with SQL, Databricks, and enterprise data platforms also preferred.
