Operations Manager , Amazon Now

Lead operations for launching and managing dark stores at the city level, including team hiring and day-to-day program leadership.

Track and index key operational metrics such as count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across the city network.

Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards, support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches, and drive continuous improvement through trend identification.

Minimum 3 years experience in employee and performance management.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or at least 2 years of Amazon full-time experience (blue badge).

Experience with tracking or managing operational performance metrics is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Experience Required: 3+ years in relevant management roles.

Experienced in managing city-level or multi-site operations with direct accountability for performance metrics.

Proficient in data-driven decision-making and maintaining accuracy of operational dashboards.

Able to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders to launch new store operations and lead continuous improvement efforts.
