Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in Network Operations, NOC, Technical Support, or Network Engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing and Switching, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and enterprise networking.
Must be able to work in a 24x7 shift environment including weekends and holidays; Location: Hyderabad, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in troubleshooting enterprise network hardware such as routers, switches, modems, and managing IP configurations in complex network setups.
Proficient with network monitoring and incident management tools and comfortable with operational processes including ticketing and escalation.
Skilled in root cause analysis, collaborating across technical teams, and driving operational improvements within a fast-paced 24x7 NOC environment.
