Oversee design, development, and delivery of Microservices-based applications ensuring performance, scalability, security, and availability.

Own team task planning, code reviews, hiring, mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams for integrated product delivery.

10-12 years total professional experience; at least 8+ years in full stack Java programming with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or MCA from a recognized institute with good academic scores.

Strong experience in designing and developing high-performance, scalable, secure enterprise web applications end to end.

Experience working with relational databases like MySQL or Oracle.

Experienced technical/engineering manager with proven leadership of mid-sized teams (4-8 engineers) in software product delivery.

Hands-on technical leader comfortable solving complex problems and guiding teams on Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and related technologies.

Proficient in Agile methodologies with ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with product, architectural, and quality teams.
