Good understanding of Infrastructure Domain (Servers/Storage/Network) and ITIL processes.

Experienced in driving large projects across business functions with strong ability to analyze and define detailed business requirements.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement, presentations, and documentation, including the ability to conduct demos for leadership.
