Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline.
6-8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance with demonstrated leadership or mentoring of QA teams.
Strong hands-on experience in test automation, Agile methodologies, and test lifecycle management within product development.
ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level (CTAL) certification.
