Design, develop, and support Oracle EPM Cloud applications including FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, EPBCS, and EDMCS with a focus on automation, integration, and production stability.
Manage full lifecycle of EPM applications including configuration, upgrades, patches, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure SLA adherence and platform stability.
Partner with Finance, Tax, Accounting, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and advise on automation and data governance best practices.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years hands-on system development experience in Oracle EPM Cloud products (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and/or TRCS).
Proven expertise in scripting and automation tools: Groovy, REST APIs, EPM Automate, SQL, Python.
Bachelor's degree required; equivalent education and experience considered.
Hybrid work model in Bangalore, India; candidates must be based in India with valid work authorization and sponsorship.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Expertise in at least one Oracle EPM application with willingness to learn additional modules as business needs expand.
Experience supporting business-critical SaaS platforms with 24x7 production responsibility and knowledge of financial processes such as close, reconciliations, tax provisioning, and planning.
Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated by root cause analysis and proactive issue resolution, capable of collaborating across global teams and multiple regions.
