Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance with test automation focus; Python programming proficiency with at least 1 year experience.
Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver and CI/CD pipeline tools like GitLab or Jenkins.
Hands-on or project-based exposure to AI-assisted testing tools or LLM-based applications is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong collaborator able to work effectively with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to define and implement testing strategies.
Experienced in writing comprehensive test plans and detailed automated tests aligned with agile development cycles.
Capable of applying strategic thinking to assess broad test impact while managing detailed test execution and defect analysis.
