Strong expertise in COBOL, DB2 (SQL, Stored Procedures, Package/Plan), CICS, JCL, MQ, and ChangeMan/Endevor.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 7 years of hands-on mainframe development explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in large-scale batch and online transactional mainframe systems, with expertise in performance tuning and debugging.
Demonstrates ability to independently drive design decisions, resolve critical production issues, and mentor junior engineers.
Familiar with Agile methodologies, release management, and modernization of legacy mainframe applications to reduce technical debt.
