Develop and maintain integrations between RChilli's AI products and ERP/HCM platforms like Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs.
Build and enhance RChilli's Chrome extension and develop scalable microservices, backend APIs, and frontend screens with Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, and related technologies.
Ensure on-time sprint delivery, maintain high integration success rates, deliver stable extension releases without critical bugs, and uphold code quality standards including unit tests and code reviews.
Minimum Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a Java / Full Stack Developer.
Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices basics.
Experience with at least one frontend framework (React or Angular), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and some knowledge or ability to quickly learn Chrome extension development (Manifest V3).
Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks, and SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL); basic MongoDB knowledge is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Developer comfortable working across full stack including backend microservices, frontend UI, and browser extension development with ability to manage integrations with multiple ERP/HCM systems.
Proactive in resolving client integration issues promptly and experienced in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on sprint delivery and code quality compliance.
Candidate with exposure or strong interest in HR Tech SaaS products, and familiarity with technologies like AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and unit testing tools will have an advantage.
