Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong hands-on experience with COBOL programming and IBM AS400 / IBM i-Series platforms.
Production support and incident management experience for critical systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Agile methodologies and able to participate effectively in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes.
Able to operate in a high-dependency environment emphasizing ownership, reliability, and knowledge sharing.
Prior exposure to insurance or financial services domain preferred, with strong technical and stakeholder collaboration skills.
